Genuine is the branded product of the printer manufacturer. Genuine ink cartridges used in conjunction with original printer paper can offer the highest quality results for your printing needs.

Compatible is a new cartridge produced by a third party manufacturer. They have no association with the original cartridge manufacturer. Our compatible cartridges are manufactured using the highest standards, which often exceed their genuine counterparts. They are fully covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Remanufactured is a previously used cartridge, which has been cleaned, refilled and electronically tested for proper performance by a third party manufacturer. These cartridges are the most eco-friendly and often cheaper than Compatible cartridges.

It could be due to the safety clip. A protective plastic clip is installed on the underside of our compatible inkjet cartridges, to ensure that your cartridge is not damaged or that the chip is not tampered with or clogged with skin oils or dust. Keep your protective clip on the cartridge until you are ready to install. Some cartridges have a plastic tape covering the underside. In this case, be sure to remove this tape before installing.

Absolutely! In the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act issued by the Federal Trade Commission, it is stated that a supplier can, in no way, obligate the consumer to purchase their specific brand of accessories or associated products. It is entirely up to the consumer to make an educated choice on how he/she would like to spend their hard earned money. Make the reasonable choice!

No. Quoting the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act of 1975: "Warrantors cannot require that only branded parts be used with the product in order to retain the warranty".

OEM is an abbreviation of "Original Equipment Manufacturer". These products are genuine name brands (such as Canon, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Xerox, etc.).

We are not responsible for errors in ink type or codes. If you have bought the wrong cartridge, you must return it at your own cost and we will only accept it if the packaging is still sealed and in good condition.
If you have received the wrong cartridge, it's defective or the description offered is not accurate, you will be fully reimbursed (including shipping) or promptly sent the correct item, with our sincerest apologies.
